The solution
Panda designed a fully managed waste service tailored to the unique needs of the building. Cardboard was flatpacked to increase bin capacity, reducing the number of waste journeys required. On-site tenant training sessions were delivered to build recycling awareness, supported by branded signage and updated waste management handbooks to keep everyone on the same page. Ongoing education, combined with Panda’s approachable and responsive team, ensured best practices were maintained year-round.
