We were honoured to play a part in the very first chapter of the Hilltop school transformation in Rotherham - a £3m project that will soon give 180 pupils a safer and more accessible place to learn.
Before stepping onto the site, Hilltop was a maze of temporary cabins and cramped areas that simply couldn’t meet the needs of the children who relied on them every day. With so little room to move or grow, progress felt almost impossible... Until the first steps were taken to clear the way forward.
Working alongside Henry Boot Construction, we made progress possible by providing five skips free of charge, creating the breathing room needed for the next phase to begin. As that space opened up, so did the initiative’s momentum - which we continued to support through discounted waste services in the phases that followed.
The Hilltop School project is a reminder that meaningful progress isn’t defined by one single action, but by many hands working together for a shared purpose. While our role is just a piece of a much bigger story, we’re so grateful
