Panda launches new website in the UK

Why Panda is launching in the UK

Today saw the launch of the new Panda website in the UK. By bringing our teams together under one brand, we’re combining decades of expertise in waste management, recycling, and resource recovery.

We’ll be delivering great new functionality and part of that is our new website for all business sectors. Initially, we’ve launched the section for our corporate customers only, but much more will follow quickly. This unity allows us to work smarter, share knowledge, and deliver even better, more sustainable waste solutions across the UK and Ireland.

Panda has been a long-established brand in Ireland, where it has operated since 1990. The shift to a united identity is intended to streamline structure and align our portfolio across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, where our group employs more than 3,500 people across 70 sites. and are currently investing around £450 million to expand processing capacity and support our ambitions within the circular economy.

Every step of this journey has been guided by what matters most to us, our customers and communities. From design through to delivery, we’ve made each decision with care, making sure that what we do not only meets your needs today but continues to support you well into the future.

This marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Panda. By uniting our people, expertise, and resources across the UK and Ireland, we’re creating a stronger, more connected company that can deliver even more sustainable waste solutions to our customers.

What’s changing with Panda in Ireland

For Panda customers in Ireland, the brand refresh is a new look, to align with the brand launch in the UK. Customers will start to notice our new Panda logo on social media, and gradually across our website, communications and vehicles. 

But here’s what’s important:

  • Same great people – local colleagues, supported by robust national capabilities. You’ll still be dealing with the same great team of people that you’ve trusted in the past to manage your waste. 
  • Same great service - We’ll continue to provide the same great service that you’ve always enjoyed, with our continuous focus on reliability and innovation. 
  • Same commitment to 100% resource recovery – zero-landfill is our mission
  • This rebrand reflects who we already are, a trusted, forward-thinking waste solutions provider committed to innovation, safety, and sustainability.

What all customers can expect 

  • No disruption to your service. Your collections and customer support remain the same.  
  • The same trusted team. We’re still here, working hard for our communities. 
  • More innovation and collaboration. Our combined expertise will lead to smarter, greener waste solutions. 
  • A refreshed, modern look. Our new Panda branding and logo will appear gradually.
