Equality Statement

At the Panda Group (“We” “our” “us”) we are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across all areas of our business operations. We operate in accordance with the terms of The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 which require us to capture, and report pay disparity based on gender. Gender Pay Gap reporting provides us with the opportunity to review pay arrangements for employees, understand the reasons for any differences, and take necessary actions to address them. We conduct annual reports which reflect our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.

We annually publish these reports which are made available to the public and our employees on this website. Panda’s workforce is diverse and our strength.

Commitment to Action:

We conduct regular analysis to monitor pay levels between male and female employees across all business entities. We enhance sourcing, recruitment and selection processes to create a an even more diverse workforce. We develop leadership and people management training programs to ensure effective team engagement and equality of opportunity for all. We ensure employee involvement forums to discuss key topics around diversity, equity, and inclusion and value all feedback about how we could do better. In addition, we provide training on equity and diversity while celebrating successes and communicating openly about equality challenges and progress.

We recognize the importance of creating an inclusive environment that attracts employees with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and knowledge. By addressing gender pay gaps and fostering equity, we aim to deliver innovative solutions for our customers and ensure success for all employees who deliver our services.
